None of our other theme users have faced this issue, so I can't point you to a solution. To make sure I applied the theme on my PC once again and it seems to be working just fine. All the sounds in the theme work great, except for the Start Windwos sound. Even though it's set to start with the themes sound, when I start windows I hear the default sound instead of the themes sound. :( This is a GREAT theme, unfortunately I have one problem.
