This option is not enabled for all domains!!!!!!!! You can check. Google.rs , Google.ba , but Google.hr have this option!?

I think Google has already enabled this option for all domains.
When you are on the search page, just look at the left bottom corner of the
screen you should be able to see an option that says “Change background
image”. That should so it.

Can Google enabled the feature to add background image to other Homepage like: Google.rs, Google.ba, etc…..?
